How to adjust the size of collar
These awesome clips have teeth on the inside to grip into the material for a secure, no slip hold.
Work the excess through the slide and strapkeeper keeping the clip loose in the loop, then center the clip in the loop and set the teeth. Center the strapkeeper between the slide and clip and you're done.

Martingales

Measure widest part of head and high around neck as diagram above shows. Martingales should be adjusted to fit your dog at the narrowest part of the neck right behind the ears and under jawline when both slides are close to touching each other. Adjust so it will not slip over the dog's head when the secondary loop is tightened as in use, but will when the collar is slack so you can still take it on and off. This setting allows the martingale to work correctly.
Martingales are excellent walking and training tool enabling a gentle correction but are not suggested as an all day collar left on without supervision.
Keep the dog next to you with collar under their jawline and on a shorter leash. More of a vertical direction versus in front of you and horizontal. When the dog is next to you and starts to pull, you have control to correct behavior.
I make martingale collars to order so please allow 2 days. Any collar choice can be made as a martingale, just add the martingale upgrade to your purchase.

Harnesses

I make Front Pull, Step In, Roman & D-Style harnesses.
Measure your dog around their girth, behind the front legs at the widest part of their chest.
Harnesses are made of 3/4" webbing for XXX-Small through X-Small or 1" webbing for Small through Large. If you have a Bulldog or Pug for instance let me know and I can cut accordingly. These bodies are more like bikini separates;) I can make extra girth and smaller front for a great fit. For Great Danes and such I can make in 1.5" width. Feel free to convo me.
Harnesses are a custom order so please allow 3 days. You will see be able to fill out 1st choice & 2nd choice for pattern.
